12 Month Warranty
All refurbished products sold by UK Computer Parts come with a comprehensive 12-month return-to-base warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur during normal use.
What's Covered
- Hardware failures and defects
- Manufacturing faults
- Component failures (not caused by damage)
- Dead on arrival (DOA) items
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, etc.)
- Software issues or viruses
- Wear and tear (batteries, cosmetic marks)
- Damage from incorrect voltage or power surges
- Items opened or repaired by third parties
14-Day Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a returns authorisation number
- Package the item securely in original packaging if possible
- Send the item back to us (return postage is at your cost for non-faulty items)
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition
- All accessories, cables and manuals must be included
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
- Opened software or consumables cannot be returned
Warranty Claims
If your product develops a fault during the warranty period:

- We may ask you to try some troubleshooting steps
- If the fault is confirmed, we will provide a returns address
- Return postage for warranty claims is covered by us
- We will repair or replace the item within 14 working days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original delivery charges are refunded for faulty items only
- We may deduct a restocking fee if items are not in original condition
