All refurbished products sold by UK Computer Parts come with a comprehensive 12-month return-to-base warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.
14 Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
What's Covered
- Hardware failure and manufacturing defects
- Dead pixels (more than 5 bright or dark pixels)
- Non-functioning ports or connectors
- Battery not holding charge (where applicable)
- Display issues not present at time of sale
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by drops, spills, or misuse
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Software issues or viruses
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable items (cables, batteries in some cases)
How to Return
- Contact us first - Email [email protected] or call 0203 744 0033 to request a return
- Describe the issue - Provide your order number and a description of the problem
- Pack securely - Use the original packaging if possible, or suitable protective packaging
- Ship to us - Send the item to our Wembley address using a tracked service
- Wait for inspection - We'll inspect the item and process your refund or replacement
Return Shipping
Faulty items: We will cover the cost of return shipping for items returned under warranty due to a fault.
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning items under the 14-day return policy.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
