1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from UK Computer Parts, a trading name of LAPTOP & PC SUPPLIES LTD (Company No: 16082479, VAT No: GB247160514, Registered Address: 38 Manor Drive, Wembley, HA9 8EF) ("we", "our", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All products listed on this website are refurbished unless otherwise stated. While we take care to ensure accurate product descriptions, minor variations may occur.

  • All refurbished items are fully tested and data wiped
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present
  • Original packaging is not included unless stated

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (for business orders)

6. Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the UK. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class. Express delivery is available via DPD Next Day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Warranty

All refurbished products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure. This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

8. Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for delivery.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
